Nidhi Adhvaryu is a distinguished entrepreneur with a track record of success at the helm of a five-star childcare center. Her expertise in Advanced Early Childhood Education has been pivotal in shaping the center’s policy and approach. She has authored a book on “Vedic Mathematics," offering insights into ancient mathematical techniques. Prior to the entrepreneurial bug biting Nidhi, she has over two decades of corporate experience in customer service. Her certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola University underscores her commitment to integrating data-driven process improvement methodologies into her business, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
Nidhi holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce and an MBA in Business Management.
Mayank Gandhi, a seasoned transformation leader with over 20 years of corporate experience, Mayank specializes in delivering customer-centric business transformation and process improvement solutions. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University, he has harnessed his expertise in digital tools and automation to drive substantial change within organizations, resulting in a richer customer experience.
Mayank’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management.
